Brother Tevez

Manchester City have reacted with anger to the decison by the Professional Footballers' Association to block them doubling the fine handed down to Carlos Tevez after he allegedy refused to play for the team in a Champions League match in Munich.

City claim the PFA has a conflict of interest because it represented Tevez at the disciplinary hearing and also negotiated the agreement with the FA and Premier League that limits clubs from fining players more than two weeks' wages.

Guess what guys, the PFA is a trade union. I know you don't have them in Abu Dhabi so here's a pointer: its job is to protect its members, whether by representing them in disciplinary hearings or negotiating agreements on how much their employers can fine them.

The PFA is an unusual trade union.  It has a flat rate annnual membership fee of £80 whether you play for Mansfield Town or Manchester United and most of its income comes from FA grants which it spends on educating current players and supporting retired ones (given they've just saved Tevez half a million quid, maybe he'd like to make a donation to that work).

It is also highly unusual in that its leader is not only easily the highest paid union official but also the only one whose wages bear any resemblance to those of his members.

  1. and carrying on that theme....
i have a burning desire to ask as many questions as i can regarding this governments choices in 'take away' babys...they take away babys from mothers for reasons 'who cares' and young children who if its more than one sibling they are seperated in care before going to 'fuck knows where' and new mummy and daddy...this applies to the many many innocent mothers...fathers also who split with mothers are at least allowed their own solicitor unlike the mothers in the forced adoptions..not that it does him any good.Tell me why a court gives a real dad access to his children yet does nothing when he doesent get it? could it be seen to be strange that the father is paying every month towards court costs, getting a useless access order and doing nothing but repeatedly giving the same useless 4 hours a fortnight access and over 3+ years???this went on? sad to say but if they had warned the mother i would still be a dad...and many more dads too, so we have been fitted up with no rights to even question such a injustice..and there you have the makings of my question, which is 'am i wrong in thinking its fucking odd how so much is being done for same sex couples in their quest for 'children'? its like only 5mins ago i was for 'gay marriage' but this ivf treatment, as to single women over 40 also, is actually making me feel something is wrong? the same sex couples and single women over 40 even have more chance than 'couples'.I am not on a gay bashing excercise, im really being honest and saying i do not get it? i am worried about the futures of my children (now adults)even though i was robbed of them and them of me..an innocent really fantastic dad who cant get one straight answer or a reply from any one mp and the pm.imagine not seeing your kids again-ever..and not even a reason given because there is no sane, logical reason in the world..yet the government have actually let my children grow without me, and given as much help and more to the chances of same sex couples to have children and seemingly to me they are higher up on the list than a normal, innocent, biological dad who has spent the first 6 and 9 years with his children before being left to live like 'i dont know what love means???' and just to add, can anyone explain what a spokesperson for the same sex ivf treatment said..."i know ivf is important but i want to change biology" something l;ike that...please help?
